Suspension Yoga is a FULL BODY workout. By hanging upside down you will decompress your spine and maybe even temporaryly grow an inch or 2! In this class you will increase strength and flexibility, as well as bring you greater awareness of your body. In order to get an amazing experience you must let go of fear and trust yourself and the swing. It is an amazing full body workout especially for the core, but it's so much fun!!! Come fly with me ... :)
